Registration and Payment 

Enter the number of players for which payment is being made, each player's name and handicap, and the names of other golfers in the group who are paying separately.

Click on the "Pay Now" button.  You will be taken to a PayPal webpage where you may pay using your PayPal account, you may set up a new PayPal account and use it, or you may use the credit or debit card of your choice.
